Outreach

NRO 2911/4 Humshaugh Flower Show, 1911

Part of our remit is to engage with communities across Northumberland and beyond. We do this in several ways:

County Shows

Throughout the summer we attend a number of county shows. Staff are available to speak about our services and how we might support your research or project. We publish details of the shows that we attend on our Events page – Events – Northumberland Archives.

Consultancy Work

We support community groups by offering consultancy support/training. These are charged for sessions. We can suggest possible funding streams to your group. For further information contact consultancy@northumberland.gov.uk.
